I worked for Marty for many years. I remember him most as a person full of life, with a smile on his face and always engaging with those about him. I learned much from him and am saddened to learn of his passing. He will be missed.

Marty was one of the nicest managers I dealt with at Martin. Besides being a great teacher in reliability engineering, he also was an outstanding mentor for all aspects of the defense business. I will miss him.

    Laura, Jay, Bob,
Debbie and I want to express the deepest sympathy with Marty's passing. No single person has had as much impact on my life and that of my family as he did. 35 years of conversations with him helped shape everything I see when I look around. He was the most adoring husband, the proudest father and best listener I've ever known. He was my best friend.
